    Perform a hard reset, basically hold the power button for 20 seconds until it full switches off, then unplug from the power source for 5 minutes then restart, hopefully this will work for you.

    Edge used to play 1080p before the update. Now the video quality is low. How do I fix this?

    Edge keeps crashing when watching videos , after ten minutes it will freeze and send me back to the home screen. I'm using an Xbox one s and I'm having these issues ? Why haven't this been addressed yet

    i did the update never did nothing to my system.but every xbox 360 is different.just my 2 cents of a opinion lol.

    Don't get the update! It messes up your system. Wish I never got the update. You had to sign up for the beta version of it awhile ago.
