My name is Diego, I have been using the Xbox brand product for some time and I recently felt wronged with the company on the 12/20/2017 when the company considered me excluded from the toast program where anyone buying
an Xbox One X would win the game PUBG (player unknown battlegrounds) through online code retrieval in an end user toast program

In the event the company considered the tax coupon illegal. I did not quite understand the criteria adopted by Microsoft.
But, the acquisition of the device was done in a legal way within the Brazilian market.
There are companies "Disk Games" of Campinas has been working in the branch for 25 years and has been in the same building for 10 years and works with original products.
The fiscal coupon is my cpf, as is also included the total value of the product.
I could not get the product in sight at the time of purchase.

However, this last month I had a small setback imposed on me by a force majeure to interrupt the continuity.
In fact, I wanted to try the game pass service.

Before using the final product I grew up behind a competitor's PS4 product, and switched to business when it put the 4k blu-ray player on the console Xbox One S and this wonderful device upscallling for all 4k content.
And here I am, my father, a gentleman, plays video games with me, a console at home and this new one recently acquired.

But, it is unfair not to grant a home user as a freebie when several consoles are given to these channels "blogralé" "xboxmilgrau" and others that disclose the content.
What is the criterion that excluded me from them? The product was acquired legally within a company that works with physical name CNPJ and generates tax coupons.
I paid the maximum amount of purchase comparing it with the "Americanas" stores, "submarino" and among others.
And, after the official release here.

I think the company acting this way is actually disrespecting people.
A disregard for those who do not care and have no ultimate interest.

I apologize not feeling offensive to Microsoft, but the feeling I felt is this: a disregard and a total lack of respect.
I felt disappointed with the gift program that the company provided and I think it was wronged.

On the receipt is the date of purchase, I am also sending a copy of the email along with it.

So I want to send my cousin the Injustice Nightwing costume for his avatar but I could not find an option to gift a download to someone else. Is this possible if so how do I do it?

If I follow what you are saying, then I can tell you that to receive the PUBG with your Xbox One X console purchase, you must have purchased the bundle that included the game itself. Anyone who purchased the X console without the PUBG game bundle will not
receive the game.

If you have purchased the pubg bundle and haven't gotten a code, I would suggest contacting support for more help-Contact Us | Xbox Support

And as Darkhawk Ninja mentioned, if you didn't buy that bundle, you will not be eligible for a copy of pubg.
