Injustice 2 reset XBox One

Thanks for posting here on the forums. Sorry to hear that Injustice 2 is having trouble launching. For issues with crashing and returning to the main menu, do check out the following article:

will guide you to the best solution to get the game up and running correctly.

Do note that some of these issues can be resolved by renstallingthe game and performing
a factory reset (using keep my games & apps)
as well.

Would you mind giving these a try?

• First, try power-cycling your console:

- Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds, until it shuts down.

- Unplug the power cord from your console for 3 minutes

- Plug everything back together and turn your console on.

- Launch the game.

• Make sure everything is installed for Injustice 2:

- Go to My games and apps > Injustice 2 > Manage game & add-ons > Manage Installation > Select "All items" from the drop-down menu, and install all items available.

• If that doesn't work, please check for any pending game and console updates.

- For console updates, go to Settings > System > Updates.

- For your game, go to My game & apps > Injustice 2 > Manage game & add-ons > Updates.

• If everything is up to date, give this a try:

- Launch Injustice 2

- Without quitting the game, go to My games & apps > Injustice 2 > Manage game & add-ons > Saved data > If you see "Reserved Space", select it and delete it.

- Launch the game again.

• Clear local saved data for Injustice 2:

- Quit the game.

- Go to My games & apps > Injustice 2 > Manage game & add-ons > Saved data > Select your profile > Delete from console.

- Launch the game again.

• Soft Factory Reset:

- Go to Settings > System > Console info > Reset Xbox > Keep games and apps.

Just keep in mind you will need an internet connection and your account details (email and password) to complete the setup process.

*** Resetting your console to its factory defaults erases all accounts, saved games, settings, and home Xbox associations. Anything not synchronized with Xbox Live will be lost. If your console has been constantly connected to the internet and Xbox Live services, your saved data should be backed up on the cloud.

If you look up the description in your link of Injustice 2 it says this is the PC version. It should be the XBOX ONE version. That is the dilemma. The PC version can't bei installed on console nor is it play anywhere. Can anyone pass this on to the Microsoft
store team to fix this? Would be great. They need to unlock the LEGENDARY EDITION of Injustice 2 for XBOX ONE in that bundle.

Graphics wise, it's really similar to Injustice 2 and injustice 2 had the best face animations I've ever seen in a game.
