I still did not receive my % rewards for purchasing a game (did not pre order it)

No Change to VIP or Pending Credits After Purchase

I preordered and completed a purchase of Injustice 2 and have not received any change to My VIP percentage or any pending rewards credits based on the My VIP rank.

Did not receive rewards for YOLO Rewards

I have completed every task for the YOLO Rewards but have only received points for one.

Get Stoked - I purchased Injustice 2 Ultimate Edition - I received the 5,000 points

Look Legit - I purchased two items from the list - I have not received the points

Boost Your Cred - I completed 5 achievments in Injustice 2 - I have not received the points

Become a Living Legend - I have not received the points because two tasks I have completed are still showing incomplete

Please fix this so I can claim my points on the 30th!

From our FAQ:

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We have not yet calculated last month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending.

Hello Akhronik,

Thank you for contacting the Xbox Support forums. While I look further into the error you are receiving, can you please confirm if you already owned Injustice 2 on PC prior to purchasing the bundle? Are you able to access Injustice 2 and simply do not have access to the DLCs?

Graphics wise, it's really similar to Injustice 2 and injustice 2 had the best face animations I've ever seen in a game.
