Injustice 2 - Legendary Edition

I bought this game (physical copy) when it came out so I would have all characters and DLC. Recently my daughter became interested in playing so she set up her own account on my Xbox. Initially there was no problems. Now all of a sudden all the 'extra' characters
are locked and says 'press A to purchase'. Additionally, any attempt to go or look online asks her to purchase Gold. I have Gold on my account, the parent account. So I'm confused.

A ) where did the characters that came on the disc suddenly vanish to? That's crap if it expects me to pay for them simply because she has a separate account so that we can have individual customized characters.

B ) do you really have to pay for Gold for each account on one Xbox? Don't get me wrong I don't want her downloading games, but the inability to even go online seems like a pretty absurd cash grab.

Please tell me there is some easy fix for this that I'm missing. I'm becoming more and more disheartened with 'current gen' gaming..

Raiden DLC Missing

Please Help I purchased Injustice 2 Legendary Edition, and I have everything other than Raiden. I paid for him so I should have him please help me.

I ended picking up Lego City Underground, Titanfall 2 Complete and Injustice 2 Legendary Edition for $35.31 total including tax.

 

A ) Yes, some DLC types are locked to one account and has no possible way of sharing. Things like map packs and other DLC is sharable. To use these characters on another account they must be purchased again.

B ) If you have your account set as the 'My Home Xbox' account, all other accounts on your console can share your digital games and gold (but not onto backwards compatibility xbox 360 games on xbox one). Simply being in a family group does not enable sharing
between accounts.

While logged into the account with the gold and digital games you want to share do this:

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
2. Select System > Settings > Personalization, and then select My home Xbox.
   
3. Review the information, and then do one of the following:
   • Select Make this my home Xbox to designate the console as your home Xbox.
     

Mind you get 5 moves of this license per year and it can only be on one console at a time but you can use all your games and gold on any console regardless of where your my home xbox licenses are.

Question again with the DLC though, it's technically not DLC in this case is it? I mean I purchased the complete edition which comes with all content. I don't understand why on her account it would take this away. If I bought the standard edition I'd understand
a bit more, albeit still be pissed. And the fact that it worked fine for her initially, all content was there for her to use. Then it just vanished.

 

While the Gold edition may include everything, it registers it as the base game + dlc.

 

The types of DLC that are not sharable include ingame money like vbucks on fortnite, and other ingame currency like R6 credits on Rainbow Six Siege, and special playable characters on some fighting games and other games. If the DLC you talk about is like
that it can't be shared.

If it was sharable you must have been on your account at that time since those things can't be shared in any way.
