Injustice 2: Bought Darkseid add-on not avaible for download

Hello.

I purchased Darkseid add-on for Injustice 2 but when I go to admin games and add-ons it´s not avaible for download.

It was perfectly charged to my credit card so I paid for it.

Microsoft support game me instructions including reinstalling all the game, deleting my account from my console, restore the consolo to factory settings and so on. Nothing worked.

Darkseid add-on is still in my purchase history but not in my console.

What else can I do? Or else can I get the refund to my card or to my account (so I can spend it later in future purchases)? It doesn´t work so they sold me a deffective product.

pre order content missing

I pre purchased Injustice 2 video game, but I did not receive the promised DLC for Darkseid with the game. How do I get it?

 

Injustice 2 Darkseid

Him I got Injustice 2 from a Singapore store and the box was in Chinese. After entering my code, zi however was not able to play as darkseid even though I am said to have him. I have enciuntered this issue before and had to change my region to register the
content. Thus, I would like to know if I should change my region to Singapore or China to gain access to the content.

 

Can you check if the add-on is listed under the game in My Games & Apps, if you go to Injustice 2, press the menu button (three horizontal lines) and select Manage game, see if the add-on is listed there in Installed or Ready to Install.

If not, then I'd have to say check your Purchase History, and click on the item, which should take you to the store listing for the item. From there, you should have the option to have it install on your Home Console from the store.

Let us know if that doesn't work and we can try some other troubleshooting steps.
