    Thanks for your answer. I have had already reinstalled the app and didn't work. Fortunately I could solve the problem. I figured out how to do it and I decided to reset the Xbox; I did it, then the Netflix app asked to sign in again and that was all, Netflix
    working again.

    Uninstall the Netflix app and power cycle your Xbox by holding down the power button for 10 seconds, unplug the power cable from your xbox and wait 30 seconds. Plug it back in and power on the console and reinstall the Netflixs app.
