    Initial Start up

    I just got an original xbox one it is black. I have gone about starting the console with putting in my language and place in the world where I am located. The next step comes to a screen where it says "There was a problem with the update" I do not understand
    why this is happening and would like some answers.

    on 360 and haven't been able to log in since Monday. Tried redoing initial start-up. At the sign in stage it say my gamer tag is linked to another account. WTF?!?!?!?! Also get error code 8007007a

    I haven't been able to log in since Monday. Error code 8007007a. I tried to redo initial start-up procedure. At the sign-in stage in says Account is associated with another e-mail address. I mean WTF?!

    ... It went back to the initial set up date where it searches for an update and then I get error codes
    What error codes do you specifically get?

    Maybe we can help you further if we know what error code the console throws at you?
