Initial Setup Failed With 2 Xbox One S'

I bought an Xbox One S. I went through most of the initial setup until I got to the part where I had to connect to the internet to update. I used both Wired and Wireless connections and when both tried to update, I get a message saying "There was a problem
with the update/You need this update to use your console, but something went wrong. For help visit xbox.com/xboxone/update/help. Also I get "Update Error: Network Error. 080072efd 0x00000000 0x00000206 665625" I went to the support website and did everything
it told me to do and nothing worked. I also called technical support and they told me to do the same thing the website did so that didn't help. I went and bought another Xbox One S to try it again and I still have the same issues. My internet connection is
good. I use it all the time and don't have any issues. I even tried unplugging all other devices connected to my internet to try it and I still get the same messages on both consoles. I do remember something saying that maybe it could be my internet firewall?
If this is so, how would I go about fixing it or if it isn't the issue, please give me further direction on what I need to do.

New Xbox one S

Added MAC address to router. Cannot connect xbox one s to internet for initial setup. Xbox lists correct router, password is correct yet will not connect through wireless. Wired connection to router failed as well. Contacted ISP, suggests contacting Microsoft
support

Xbox One S Initial Setup

What did you need that for? I managed to set it up without it. Are you trying to connect to a network? If so, you could just skip it and then get the MAC address before setting up the network separately.

If this is on an initial setup of a new box, I had the same problem when installing a second new XBox One S upstairs at my home. Here is how I overcame it.

1.) Hook the box up to a wired Ethernet connection with internet access

2.) Complete the initial setup and updates.

3.) Take the box back to the place you want it setup (for me this was upstairs)

4.) Go into settings and setup the wifi....for me, it did not reboot when entering the wifi password in this manner and everything works just fine via wifi since then.

You should have the choice to skip those options until you have been brought to the dashboard for the first time.

After doing so, you will need to go to "Xbox go to Settings">Networking>Advance Settings and choose Manual

The only other thing that I can suggest is this process.

1. Delete the game from your hard-drive (HD).

2. Delete the system cache (http://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-360/settings-and-initial-setup/clear-system-cache)

3. Redownload the game and see if it works from that point.

Other than these options, I would have no other ideas of how to resolve the issue. Also of note, some xbox live arcade games don't work offline. This could also be an issue.
