    Ditto everything. This sucks. I'm all set up to waste some serious time and brain cells tonight considering I have 857473 hours of work in the next few days. Bill Gates has everything, I have nothing. However I do appreciate the videos featuring the One
    and all its wonderful capabilities while I am typing with customer support and cursing at this $500 paperweight I just bought. dammit

    Any more word on how long it will be until the update problem is fixed? Are we going to need only to turn our Xboxes on or will we have more to do?

    I have the same problem.... It tried to update went half way through and then the "error" message. I wasted the whole afternoon with the manual download and this USB drive... It updates the console and guess what? It still needs another update so it's worthless..
    If this is an issue with a lot of us, shouldn't Microsoft at least tell us what to do? Or should we just go to best buy and exchange console until one works out?
