    Thanks for the communication Revolt. Ive turned mine off and will turn on in a couple of days. Hopefully the issue will be fixed then

    Nothing like blowing a ton of money, getting excited to use something, and then can't even get by the system update. If microsoft has class they'll dish out some freebies to make up for it, because this thing is about to get returned

    Every new user is affected there will be a new update in 24-48 hours depending on when you receive it. Please be patient. We are trying to get this fixed asap, its a glitch on our part. Sorry for the inconvenience.

    So whenever we get the update the setup should continue as normal and update? Or do we need to do anything specific

    In 24-48 hours there will be a new initial update on our servers, you will have to install the initial update as normal and it should work

    I'm on with X-Box support right now, just bought an X-Box One tonight and having the same problem. He admits they are having an issue on their end but don't know when it will be fixed. If it's not by the time the store opens in the morning, I'll be a PS4
    owner instead.

    Considering we're all in the midst of basic setup, this will come in a screen after we pick a language and location and all that? Or will it do it automatically.

    Wish I would have seen this before. I have trying to update this thing for about an hour. Sucks we all purchased a brand new unit and have to wait to use it now.

    Ya its such bull. I was hesitant to even pick up this system but with the latest patches improving ui and now they are focusing on games i was like okay Microsoft ill give you a second chance and well ya.
