Infuriatingly tedious process.

I have been trying to contact you guys for days with no success, and I was hoping I wouldn't have to resort to venting my spleen on a forum.

I receive no email about a security code when I try to connect with the chat, so it is beyond impossible to get any contact.

A week ago I tried to buy keys on Rocket League. Nothing was happening. No confirmation , no nothing. So like any other normal person I tried again and again, since I was going away shortly after. No success. After god knows how many attempts (both on credit
card and xbox account to be sure) I gave up.

Day after I've been charged for ALL of my attempts, instead of that ONE attempt I was actually going for. 75 keys in Rocket league is quite excessive, don't you think? As you get to use them once a month if you are lucky.

Needless to say, I was not amused when I checked my bank account to realize I was billed 8 times, and not only 1. (7x10 keys and 1x5)

I wish to get in contact with you very soon, since spending that amount on keys literally have me eating cheap-mans rice for the next week.

i really would like to know this too...that process is tedious.
