    How can i pay a game with my money accounts? i have 7€ but i cannot pay because the website ask to me a credit card payment but i don' t have it , I want to pay with the money in my account , how to do? please help!

    I have troubles with my xbox live account

    The auto payment for my xbox live gold will be done the 27th July and i have to change my payment informations.

    I can't change my payment infos or change my currents settings for the live because :

    I changed my security infos and it will be done the 2nd august!

    So i can't do a thing!

    I would like to have any infos if its possible to do somethin or not for this situation.

    I Can Not any xbox 360 game for gold games

    Hi LithoTheDarkky,

    You must have a payment instrument on your Microsoft account to download free content from the Xbox 360/One Marketplace. To add a payment option, sign in to billing.microsoft.com, then go to Payment options, select Add a payment option, and then follow the
    instructions. If you don't want to add a payment option, you can download the content using your Xbox 360 console. We don't have a workaround for this one as this is how 360 Marketplace was designed.

    Purchase the game on the console. The website has never been updated to use the currency system for purchasing 360 content.

    but for credit cards there are no problem , the problem is only for the account credits , ok , thank you infos for payment for contents from web marketplace :)

    The Web marketplace only takes the info to verify the payment option

    It doesn't change the price

    Only if you don't have gold in cases of home gold where only the primary member has actual gold that works on the web

    You can't use the money in your Microsoft account to purchase content from the Xbox 360 Marketplace.

    To resolve this issue, purchase the item on your Xbox 360 console, where you can use your Microsoft account balance to make purchases.

    You must have a payment instrument on your Microsoft account to download free content from the Xbox 360 Marketplace. To add a payment option,

    sign in to your Microsoft account    , select Add a payment option, and then follow the instructions.

    If you don't want to add a payment option, you can download the content using your Xbox 360 console.

    you cannot download any content from the web as it is a security concern

    you can only downloaf from the xbox live marketplace
