    Hello everyone just a quick question. Every time I turn around i'm getting updates. Usually at the wrong time, like in the middle of something. How does one get out of the informer program?

    CYR I think is right, I had an email from Ambassador program that said they were going down for maintenance and they would inform us when it was done.

    Informer program

    To unenroll from the xbox insiders program and stop getting preview updates, please open the Xbox Insiders Hub app and do the following:

    1. Launch the Xbox Insider Hub on your Xbox One or a Windows 10 PC.
    2. On the main landing page, select Settings.
    3. Select Manage devices and choose the one you want to remove from the program.
    4. Select Done.

    The next time you get an update it will be be the public build and you will stop getting updates so frequently.

    Poor response times

    The problem is, Microsoft does not run the Rewards program. So the Rewards program (Hello World) rely on their information from the Xbox servers. Sometimes the servers don't communicate properly and that causes issues. It just depends on how long it can
    take for the program to get the right information.

    We are receiving Israeli billing information for your account. Since we use this information to perform deposits of Rewards Credits as currency, you cannot join the program. Israel is not a Rewards program region.
