    Informe Estado de Error Xbox Live - Xbox 360


    Necesito ayuda urgente con un error que se genera cuando realizo la Prueba de conexión a Xbox live en mi consola Xbox 360: aparentemente tengo conexión a Xbox live pero la jugabilidad en línea es intermitente y en algunos juegos no puedo jugar en línea.
    El informe de estado de error cuando ejecuto la prueba es:

    W: 0000 - 000B

    X: 0000 - F001

    Y: 20A8 - 4840

    Z: 0000 - 0000

    Ayuda urgente con este problema. Gracias.
