Hallo

Ich hätte da mal eine Frage.

Auf einem anderen Konto kann ich mich nicht mehr Anmelden in Internet(da ich zu oft das falsche passwort eingegeben habe) , nutze dieses aber immernoch auf meiner XONE.

Also habe ich heute an Abonnement abgeschlossen, will dieses aber wieder Kündigen. Da das ja nur im Internet geht und ich das nicht machen kann.

Ich habe das Abo mit dem Guthaben, dass ich auf der Xbox habe bezahlt. Wenn jetzt dieses Guthaben ausläuft wird dann das Abo gekündigt oder kommen dann die Mahnungen ins Haus?

Thanks for reaching out to us today. Sorry to hear about any issues you may be having with your Microsoft account. In regards to being locked out of it I would suggest trying to reset your password. Here is a helpful article

Bedenke, dass wenn Du das Abo erneut aktivierst, dann auch nochmal eine Zahlung für das Abo fällig ist. Die Zahlung jetzt war erstmal "nur" um Deine Schulden zu bezahlen.

Danke aber das hilft mir nicht ich möchte einfach mein abo wieder reaktivieren ohne neues Konto etc auf die 2 Euro Ersparnis verzichte ich ist mir zu umständlich.
