    If you're trying to share a game that was downloaded from the Xbox marketplace, then yes, that could be seen as marketplace theft and is not allowed. Content purchased from the marketplace is tied to the gamertag that purchased it.

    If it's in a disc then you can swap the disc back and forth and be alright. If you're trying to install it and then give the disc back to your friend, it won't work. You have to have the disc in the console in order to play the game.
