Information Regarding my recent Suspention

Good evening,

I recently logged onto xbox live servers only to find that I had received a teporary suspention from the use of communication services. While i can certaily not claim to be a saint by any means, I feel that my behavior online has never been so disruptive
or vulgur to warrent such a claim. I was wondering if I could provide me with one or both pieces of the following information:

1. Presentation of evidence used to substatiate the claim against my account. (If not only to serve as a guide for my behavior in the future. What I may interpret to be in complience with Xbox Live policy may not cooincide with that of the abjudicating official.)

2. A list of terms, individual words, phrases, images, and/or any other content that is deemed by Xbox Live to be of a nature inappropriate enough to substantiate a claim as a violation of the terms of service. So far I have only found the term, “threatening
or offensive language.” While the term may seem self explanitory, I’d like to see what gudience is used to assist abjudicating officials in the review process. Surly it isn’t left to their own personal interpretation as that would no dounbt be rife with bias
and inconsistancy.

Thank you for your time and assistance. I have been a long time Xbox fan and up until now have had an exceptional record. It is for that reason that I would like clear and transparent guidence so I may either clear this stain from my record or adjust my
behavior in the future to avoid further infractions.

The chances of there being a list of terms likely to incur enforcement action is slim, primarily because it's something that's constantly evolving & is not a "black or white" situation as what's offensive in the United States can be wildly different to
what's considered offensive in the United Kingdom. In general I'd say if you wouldn't want to say it in FORMAL company (i.e. you wouldn't say it to your boss!) then don't say it on Xbox, simplistic yes, but it's the way I've done it for 15 years without issue
so far. All it takes is for one profanity or vulgarity to slip out, if that's reported, it can be cause for suspension.

Unfortunatly one time really does seem to be all it takes. Ill take this as a lesson for the furure and hope that if something is said out of turn that the offended individual could express their discomfort in an adult maner. Have a great day.
