Information regarding an Xbox repair

I know they did it with the Xbox 360, they would send you a note with the console as to what was fixed. but I'm not sure with the Xbox One.

Great news that your console is on its way back to you. A few years ago i had my xbox one repaired to which they had left a note inside the box as well as a dvd in a nice little case for me that i had forgotten i sent with the console lol.

You would have to contact support directly to see if they have any information.

Actually it depends who fixes it and what exactly is done. Usually you get something that states what was done and if its replaced of course they have to tell you that. But with anything you can ask by calling the support line which i have included

I've now got the machine back but the only information in the note with it says

"We've put this Xbox through extensive hardware testing, and have reset the software to its original factory settings".

I've not been able to try it as yet, but I want more information - the problem I had is that it was continually throwing errors and _I was unable to reset it to factory settings_. If all they've done is (somewhow) reset the software, I can't see how this
will have permanently fixed the problem.

Thanks for supplying the link, but I do not see a phone number on there. There is a drop-down menu with various options but all of them say "Phone calls and Web chats aren't available for this issue" and direct me to the Virtual Asssistant or Community boards.

Is there any way I can get specific information concerning my particular repair.
