If we have a xbox live gold membership, is it possible to play with it also in xbox 360 and how in practise? We need advices because we are not professionals in this category.......please!

Hello, An Xbox Live Membership is set on an account. Meaning you can use the gold on both 360 and One.

Sound like an unauthorized access claim is the only way to get your account back. however, I'm not sure if you will get a positive result. It sounds like you have given your account information to another player, which is against the TOU. It also sounds
like you had allowed the other player to do a license transfer to cheat Microsoft and her partners from that player purchasing DLC, which is also against the TOU. Although giving out your credentials is only stupid, not a bannable offence, allowing other
people to use your DLC through the use of a license transfer is a bannable offense. All I can say is good luck.

No. You can't get console banned for using the same wifi. You would only get console banned if you continue to do whatever you did to get banned in the first place.

All you need to do is to enter the pre-paid card code in reedeem section of this site or on your console when signed in to the account you want this purchase to take effect on. It shouldn't ask you to provide any other information.

I would assume, It would use a lot of bandwidth/throughput to have a NetFlix Movie Streaming & you on Party Chat with your mates at the same time.. Most consumer internet connections, can't handle the high bandwidth & is causes connection dropouts etc..
