I assure you. My email has been the same since the original xbox, I believe. If not longer. What exactly is going on there to believe otherwise?

Hello It is saying that information that they have on file appears to be Incorrect .

Well I went and Checked it and I don't see that it is incorrect everything looks Right to me and looks Correct to me .. Email is Correct , and everything I seen seems to be correct .. Why would it be saying this ..????

We have disabled the yellow light notification, and removed it from user's pages. To be clear, this notification was not an alert indicating an issue with Rewarding. We apologies for the confusion this notice may have caused.

For help with the rewards program, you would need to post in th Xbox Rewards Questions support forum. Some information is sent to them through the Xbox servers but it is not always up to date in real time.
