    How Do I Edit Age Settings?

    Hello, apologies but you can not change the DOB on an account once it has been set. You will need to create a new account with the correct DOB information or wait until the account matures.

    Hello Jimmy Jangle,

    There is currently an error correctly formatting some user's date of birth entries, which is causing us to see incorrect birth dates for some users. For example, our server is currently trying to convince us that your are roughly 117 years old. We are currently
    working on correcting this issue. This does not negatively impact your Rewards Account in any way. It is just a piece of information that was flagged as being out of the ordinary.
