    i have checked my information for the rewards account and as far as I can see the information appears to be correct but I have a yellow light saying I need to check this Information. Could we please get this resolved

    Our reports indicate that we have not been able to deliver messages to your address. While this does not negatively impact Rewarding, it may cause you to miss messages from our program. We are currently investigating why some users are receiving this warning despite
    confirming they have a valid email. We'll update you here once we have found the source of this issue.

    XBL information is not correct?!

    You need to use the same email address and password that you used on your gametag. Your WLID account can be found under your profile on the dashboard. Check that information and see if it lines up.
