    I hope I can find an answer to my problem. Since yesterday, I have not been able to access to my Killer instinct Information; it is all gone. I did have KI virtual money that is gone, I had artifacts and its all gone too. What that happened?

    My Gears of War information is gone.

    I am not sure about being reset to level one, but when I check your account I see all but a handful of the achievements are there.

    I have gotten reset to level one. All of my skins and achievements are gone.

    I don't like to give people bad news, but if your old account was hacked and deleted, nothing can be done. I'm really sorry about this.

    Nothing can be transferred from accounts and you will not be able to restore games or purchases to this new account.

    You can try to talk to Microsoft support, but they will tell you the same thing.
