Information about upcoming fitness pass?

Hey everybody.

I called the MS Support yesterday to get more Information about the upcoming Fitness pass in January.

Unfortunately, they had no idea

Does anyone know anything about that?

XBOX Fitness for XBOX One not available in all european countries?

I live in Sweden too.

Xbox Fitness was the reason I chose the Day One edition with Kinect.

It's kind of bad that information about this isn't more clear.

And even though Xbox Fitness isn't available in Sweden we can purchase addons for it without a problem, like P90X and some others, that makes a lot of sense.

 

I have been keeping a pretty close eye on their @XboxFitness twitter account and other places. As far as I know they haven't announced anything about what they plan to do in 2015 since they launched the game in 2013. When people ask about it on titter their
standard reply is something along the lines of 'we haven't announced pricing at this time'.

I am starting to get curious what their plans are too.

I was just thinking about this. I'm still undecided on whether I will pay a separate fee, on top of XBox Live for this feature, especially when I have already bought some of the workouts.

Given that I still have issues with the camera (unable to get achievements because it doesn't work well with some floor exercises) and the streaming is still spotty, I think I would do better to just buy the DVDs and work from them.

I just didn't get a good vibe from Microsoft whenever I contacted them over the past year, to inform them of technical issues or ask about further Kinect development. It almost seems to be a much sidelined project now, especially since Kinect is not an integral
part of the XB1 any more.

I think I'd be much less frustrated with the DVDs of the same programs on the XB1.

We had Problems with the camera, too.

We placed the camera exactly 175 cm from the ground and tried various Settings with the floor adjustment. Now, it´s quite good. 95% of the floor exercises are being spotted.

So, we´ll wait until January.
