    Information about a repair


    Hello.

    I just received my console from technical service, and there was only a generic letter about the repair inside the package. Before reconnecting and using it, I would like to know what problem caused the random resets and shutdowns and what specific repairs
    have been made. The repair number was 1427808902.

    The Xbox Repair Center doesn't give out information about repairs.

    I haven’t received it yet it’s being shipped so I don’t know, but the warranty has changed, it says it ends tomorrow, not in dec which is what it said originally
