    Hey there.

    I guess it does not need internet connection. However, if you buy the digital game, the profile that owns the game must be the one who is set as principal in your console. If not, you wont be able to play the game.

    I donno what else anyone but your isp and your local police department can tell ya.

    File a complaint on the msg.

    Contact your isp immediately and work with them on your firewall settings and the isp can deal with the protection of your connection

    Adding on to his answer, I would like to inform you that he cannot hack your account with your ip. The worst he can do is hit your internet offline, if this happens call your internet provider right away and request a ip change. Don't forget to report the
    user.

    That error code shows that there's an error connecting to the Xbox Live service.

    This is most likely due to the ongoing service outage that many players are experiencing.

    You can find out more about the current outage on
    this page    .

    Your best course of action right now is to wait until that page shows the outage has been repaired (or probably around 1-2 hours at most) and then see if you still experience any errors.
