Discus and support info on repairs? in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; sent in my Scorpio in for repairs for the second time in the last 4 months, is there any way to actually find out what they did to it to fix it? cause...     sent in my Scorpio in for repairs for the second time in the last 4 months, is there any way to actually find out what they did to it to fix it? cause it obviously didn't work the first time and part of me thinks all they are doing is a hard reboot and shipping
    it back with out fixing anything.

    I was getting that E105 start up error and about every 30-45 minutes it was saying my cloud saved games are corrupt and I need to delete them and reboot which would cause an endless cycle of reboots and errors till it would finally work for the next 30 mins
    then start all over again

    Sorry, there is no way to customize the notifications you receive. You can either turn them all of, or leave them all on.

    Info on Locke?

    Who exactly is Locke, where does he fit into the story, and what is his deal with Master Chief? Also, can someone tell me why or even how MC is a traitor? Is there a storyline that I missed that gives a hint to that?

    I had 2 scorpio units do this and now they gave me a reg one X from the microsoft store. I'd love to know why this is happening too.

    this is happening with so many xbox one x consoles lately.. including mine same issue same errors..

    i tried going to the support pages, i keep getting refereed back to an virtual agent. and that get put in a loop sending me back to the support pages only to talk to a virtual agent.

    When you get that prompt, you should have the option to say "no, thanks" or otherwise decline the virtual agent.

    If you contact
    Xbox Live Support     with your repair ticket number (you'd have been given this as part of the process of sending your console back to Microsoft for repair), they may be able to tell you what they did. It's about the only option you have, I believe.
