info is correct pts not depositing

i have updated my info and rechecked it several times its correct but points wont deposit and the site still says my account needs attention i dunno what or why

Rewards not depositing, AGAIN!!!

2nd time in a few months rewards not depositing due to billing info, which is correct I hasten to add.

 

Billing address

I've been getting the billing address is not correct issue, preventing you from depositing credits. The address is correct though.
