Info Dead Xbox 360

Hi guys,

I need your help.

Today, after 8 years of fun my Xbox 360 is officially dead.

Now I’m looking for another one, but at the moment I’ve some doubts.
I know that maybe they are stupid.

1) I’m not sure about what kind of Xbox I had. Arcade or Pro ?

I bought it with the bundle: LEGO Indiana Jones and Kung Fu Panda.

2)I sit possible to interchange the hard drive;I mean, can I use the same hard drive in another console (except the Slim obviously)

Dlc 27/1

Havent seen a thread for this yet so thought id post up the info for you:

Hey gang,

Here's the DLC announcement arriving on the week of 1/27. We're busting out our second Grateful Dead pack, bringing you six more tracks from one of the jammin'est bands around. Seriously groovy stuff. The Grateful Dead Pack 02 will contain the following tracks:

Hell In a Bucket
Don't Ease Me In
Cold Rain & Snow
Doin' That Rag
Fire On the Mountain
Uncle John's Band

All tracks are original master recordings.

These tracks will be available on Xbox 360 in the Xbox Live Marketplace on January 27th, and they will be up on the Playstation 3 in the Playstation Store on Thursday January 29th. We'll have more information on upcoming Wii DLC posted shortly, so keep posted to this thread for more info.

These classic Dead tracks will run $1.99 (aka 160 Microsoft Points) a piece, or $9.99 (aka 800 Microsoft points) for the full Grateful Dead 6 pack.

1. You'll want to buy a slim or super slim anyway.

2. If you still want your data, you can also purchase an HDD transfer kit to transfer your old saves and data to your new console.

Here's what you need to know about the HDDs and the three 360 console models (The E being the newest version):

support.xbox.com/.../add-remove-hard-drive

If you had the original (also known as the fat) console, you'll have to do as Irixion suggested and use a transfer cable to move your data onto a new HDD for your new console. You can also get up to two 2TB external USB HDDs to use on your new console. I'm
using a Western Digital myself and it works great. You'll still want to get an official internal HDD, however, because some games do require the official drive.

You mean I have to clear the xbox 360 storage in xbox 360 game or in xbox one screen?

FYI, when I first launched Dead Space, before playing the game, there was a "Getting your xbox 360 info" message along with the bar. At that time, the bar was filled with the black line. But when I tried factory restore and played the game, there was no
black line, just the circle kept rotating and went straight to the game. And I just powered my xbox one, played the game and that "Getting your xbox 360 info" showed up again and still no black line filling the white bar. Is that the problem?
