Buonsera, ho sottoscritto il 27/04 un abbonamento a game pass ultimate... Il primo mese mi diceva che sarebbe costato un euro ed io mi sono sbagliato pensando che l abbonamento durasse solo un mese invece ho visto che in realt l abbonamento è di un anno
e il primo mese pago €1 ma gia dal secondo comincio a pagare €12... Se io annullo l abbonamento prima del 27/04 continuerò a pagare ogni mese anche se ho disattivato l abbonamento oppure visto che l abbonamento lo annullo, i €12 che avrei automaticamente pagato
ogni mese non mi saranno piu addebitati?

Thanks for your post. I understand you are experiencing an issue with a subscription you've recently purchased under promotion. If you turn of auto-renewal before the renewal date you will not be billed for the next month of the subscription. To turn off
auto renewal check out this page:

denis97g stated, whenever you purchase an Xbox subscription, there will automatically be an auto-renew enabled onto your account immediately upon your purchase, unless you manually

turn off recurring billing for your Xbox subscription.

Salve, se non lo ha deselezionato il rinnovo è automatico, una volta che non vuole più rinnovarlo basta andare nel suo account e nella sezione degli abbonamenti interrompere il rinnovo automatico.
