ok so i need someone give me a step by step process to get my acount back but first i know we need a way to find out what email and password he changed it to so yea if any one could help me through this i will be extremely grateful. the account name that
got hacked is xXCutCorgi4Xx.

What if all my info was changed? Would I be asked questions about the info that I had before my account was hacked?

Game Sharing

There's an option to remove your credit card info from your account. That way, no one can buy anything at all whatsoever. I actually have only had to put my credit card info once for a season pass and took it off afterwards (don't really trust my credit card info anywhere). Also, personally I don't ever use my main email for Xbox that way I don't need to be worried about being hacked or whatever. I have one email for personal use and another for Xbox, IGN, Reddit, etc. Maybe I'm the only one who does this but I just find it more easy that way instead of being scared of gamesharing.

You will need to contact support and open an Unauthorized Access case. You will need to prove to them you are indeed the owner of the account and the Gamertag in question. Once they have that they will forward that to Enforcement. It can take a few weeks
to get the account back to you. Make sure you are persistent and they understand what you are asking for as they sometimes send you back here in error.
