I would only like to say that I will never purchase any game made or influenced by this company ever again. I probably will not add any more games to my collection until the rampant cheating during online play has been stopped. Aim bots, the
ability to see through walls, God modes etc;

Seeing people with outrageously high K/D's and then watching how they achieved them. Rapid fire, drop shots, and the use of Modded controllers.


Why should I have to purchase another controller just to compete?

Those that would say there's no cheating online...I simply say...your naive!

I think you'll find the opposite is said, actually.

 

I would expect no less of a comment from you Zen!

It shows exactly why there is so much descent and anger playing online these days.

Some of the code thats been written for games is quite nice. With some it can even be turned on and off using your smart phones now. I have no problem with those who write it, just those who use it to benefit themselves and others around them.

Even getting clan invites only to be disqualified because I dont have a modded controller and wont buy one. lmao!

You will never get rid of cheating completely...

 

Modding and cheating is only going to get worse on the 360.

The developers don`t care about their games once they have your money, even microsoft have now reduced the penalties to two week bans instead of permanent.

The only way to avoid the modders is to avoid playing the games online completely.

Your completely right there Owen about the devs not caring. Now I will add that there are a certain number of companies that do care and continue to improve their game once it is released. I mean for me personally Respawn entertainment seems to really care
for Titanfall and it's players and is continually updating and improving the game and increasing their anti-cheat measures (even though its on Xbox One, but we are talking about devs here).

On the 360 Bungie was the same way with their Halo series with cheating (haven't played Halo 4 so don't know how 343 Industries is treating the game). But I do agree with you Owen on the fact that there are devs that just want to see the money and that's
it. Is it the actual designers and production team that have that mindset? I doubt that highly.

If you have ever watched things like The Angry Joe Show then you will see how often the corporate people in the dev companies just care about putting a game out (like COD or much more notably BF4) whether or not its balanced, has good anti-cheat measures
in place, or heck even work period! Then they just sit back and rake in the money and then move on to the next cash cow.

 

Modding is pretty much done in every single game, once developers stop supporting it it's like free reign for the gamers. As for call of duty, it happens. Not everyone actually cheats, but I understand your annoyance towards the sries. But Treyarch aren't
free from this either.

Anyways, modded controller, rapid firing and hacking are annoying. I agree there, but drop shots are achieved by messing with the control settings which isn't cheating.

 

There is no need to get hostile in the forums. And some user's will always try to find a way to get an edge
