Infinity 3.0 freezing issue

    Infinity 3.0 freezing issue


    I bought the 3.0 digital download last night. When I goto the hall of heroes it freezes. It does the same thing on both my Xbox 360. I have the slim model for both. I originally had issues with the disc but bought the digital version in case the disc was
    the problem. I either want this fixed or a refund.

    Yes, it just has to be the same system.

    I bought Disney 2.0 base and it works fine with the digital download of 3.0.

    The reason 3.0 is available digitally and 2.0 wasn't

    hi I bought Xbox one 2 days before. Mine craft is a free game which can be redeemed. I installed the game but it says code already redeemed.

    2) I bought Disney infinity 3.0 installed the game when I start playing I get error Disney infinity base is not plugged in.

    I'm sorry to see any issues with Disney Infinity 3.0! If it's happening with both the digital and disc versions of the game on Xbox 360, it's likely a game issue specifically. The online services for the Disney Infinity games have been sunset, however you
    can still reach out to them to see if they are aware of the issue and if there will be a fix for it in the future.

    I have Disney Infinity 3.0 & have never had to have or been asked for Disney Infinity 2.0..

    DI 3.0 will play any of the previous playsets.
