    Infinity 2.0 Base Not Turning On At Startup


    I set up our XBOX One on Christmas and for the first day or two the Infinity 2.0 base worked fine. Lately I've noticed that when the XBOX One is turned back on after having been powered off for a while, the Infinity base won't turn on. So the game fires
    up, but tells me to connect the base....which is already connected. I unplug it and plug it back in, no problem. But it seems this isn't the way the XBOX or base were designed to work. Never had issues like this with 360 and the 1.0 base.

    Has anyone else experienced this or know what the problem might be?

    Yes, it just has to be the same system.

    I bought Disney 2.0 base and it works fine with the digital download of 3.0.

    The reason 3.0 is available digitally and 2.0 wasn't

    Disney Infinity 3.0 in Taiwan market is a trap!

    I have Disney Infinity 3.0 & have never had to have or been asked for Disney Infinity 2.0..

    DI 3.0 will play any of the previous playsets.

    Do you actually have the base & a playset?

    Had the same issue with the base requiring an unplug and the replug to register after shutdown. I think it may be a problem with mine being set to instant on and having game resume on also. Is yours set the same also?

    @disc....nope, just the infinity 2.0 base. I haven't plugged in the kinect.

    @rippen....I wasn't aware of any settings that that. Is it in the Infinity options menu or through the XBOX options menu? I'm at work but will look into it when I get home. Thanks.

    @disc....nope, just the infinity 2.0 base. I haven't plugged in the kinect.

    @rippen....I wasn't aware of any settings that that. Is it in the Infinity options menu or through the XBOX options menu? I'm at work but will look into it when I get home. Thanks.
