Infinite sync from xbox cloud in main menu (Windows 10)

Can you see if there is any update for the game available in the Windows 10 store? If the game version is not in sync with the latest, it might be causing issues with the sync from the cloud.

And are you syncing a save from a console version, or a different PC, or is this an issue with uploading your local save to the cloud? Curious if we're troubleshooting actually transferring saves to different devices, or a general sync issue.

As an attempted workaround, I started a new game in ME3 on my X360 by importing my ME2 character. When asked where to save this game, I chose the cloud rather than the console. I then played through the opening sequence until I was given the first opportunity
to manually save. After manually saving from the in-game menu (no option was offered then for console vs. cloud), I quit to the main menu then quit the game to the home screen. I checked the storage and saw that for the first time, an ME3 file was listed in
the cloud portion of the X360's storage menu.

I then installed ME3 and all the DLC I had onto my X1 and booted up ME3 (this took approximately 2 hours). I saw no screen indicating a sync was occurring on the X1 and when I got to the ME3 main menu, there was no option to load game - just new game. I exited,
chose the option on the X1 storage menu to clear my local X360 storage+restart. I then repeated the process of opening ME3 - still no save file present as synced.

Do I need to manually the sync the save file from the X360 cloud storage menu? Will it potentially sync overnight? Or am I just screwed?

EDIT: I just checked on the X360 console and it said the save file is "Pending Upload", while my X360 console's active downloads contained an entry for "Mass Effect 3" of just over 10 GB . I had bought and installed ME3 from the X1 store for the X1 rather than
install from disc for time-related convenience.

Have you been able to access the auction site previously? Are you playing on Windows 10 or Xbox One? I would verify that you are actively online if Windows 10 and that the game is connected to Forza Online, which you should be able to check from the
main menu screen.

cloud saves will automatically start uploading once you’re signed in and connected to Xbox Live. Game save sync is usually fast, but allow a couple of minutes before you try playing on another device. The article that we provided refers to playing games
offline on Windows 10, but there is a section of the article that talks about using the cloud on a Windows 10 device. We hope this helps!

The cloud is not infinite, for that you would need infinite servers and infinite data capacity. As Microsoft will have approx 300,000. that is not infinite, and if over 10 million people online using cloud at the same time. well, we will see
