Infinite Scrolling

So it's only started doing this today and it's bizarre on the xbox dashboard it keeps Scrolling down the menus as if I was holding the Ls down but here's the thing my controller is on still happens used my gf new controller still happens the only thing I
have been successful with is restarting the console witch works for about 5 mins.

Any Idea or a fix for this

Scrolling

Hello there! I have recently been having issues with my new Xbox One. Whenever there is an option to scroll, it will scroll all the way down to the last option and stay there unless I am fast enough to click what I am attempting to access before it does.
On Minecraft inventory, it will continually scroll through everything in the hotbar. On Minecraft 'Play Game' it will glitch back and forth between different tabs. I am not sure whether this is a problem with the controller, console, or software. Any suggestions
or help?

 

Smartglass Scrolling

Hello -

My question relates to using Internet Explorer with SmartGlass. If I go to the menu where I can pin to favorites, pin to home, etc., how do I toggle down the list to the next selection? Scrolling with two fingers does not seem to work. The only option
I can select is the top one 'pin to favorites', because I can't move down the list.

I meant controller is off and it still happens
