    Hello,

    my problem is that I launch my game which asks me to connect with my account to have access.

    After that I enter my username and password then I come across a page "" sharing data with game publishers and applications "" with the option of either "" continue "" or "" to know more "".

    so I choose the option "" continue "" but I still find on this page in a loop.

    Hi Clement,

    Thanks for coming to the forums. Which device are you on when you get this loop? Also what game is it you are trying to play? This message also comes up when you are setting up the console, or just downloaded profile.

    If that doesn't help then you will need to try out a
    soft factory reset    .

    Press the Xbox button on the controller to open the guide.

    Scroll to the right and select System > Settings > System > Console info.

    Select Reset console.

    Hi ClémentGibert,

    Please try the following troubleshooting steps to try and resolve this issue:

    Go ahead and do a hard restart and power cycle
    to the console. Hold down the power button on the console for about 10 seconds or until it shuts down and then remove the power cable from the Xbox and the power outlet for about 5 minutes. Then re-connect and wait 60 seconds before turning on the Xbox.

    If that doesn't help then you will need to try out a
    soft factory reset    .
    1. Press the Xbox button on the controller to open the guide.
    2. Scroll to the right and select System > Settings > System > Console info.
    3. Select Reset console.
    Make sure to select "Keep my games & apps" and have the correct account login information plus your Wi-Fi password ready if you connect wireless because you will need to re-add the account's that were on the Xbox and re-connect to your network during the
    reset.

    This page appears each time I want to connect to my account no matter what game I play (just dance 2020 or halo 5). So I can not connect to my account to play.

    I forgot to mention that the platform I use is xbox One
