    I use many money to buy forza horizon 4 ultimate edition... I buy it on steam, but when I open it, it keeps loading and loading... I tried many solutions. It's not working. Also, I can play xbox version, but I am confused that why I can play xbox version but I can't play steam version? I am so confused. Please help me.

    Try to reinstall the game with your Antivirus turned off.

    If that doesn't help, Open Powershell in admin mode and paste the following, which I believe reinstalls the default apps on Windows 10.

    Get-AppxPackage -AllUsers| Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml”}

    Thanks for the help, I've fixed the problem by restoring the applications through the powershell
