Infinite loading time?!?!

Just digitally bought Forza Horizon 3! Game works for the most part, however, ive encountered an issue where the game’s loading screen will “infinitely load” I let it sit for over an hour and a half and no progress has been make so I shut the game down to
try again and it continued to load continuously without progress. How can I solve this??? Any tips and solutions would be greatly appreciated, thanks!!

Hi, When I try to open the app, it never finishes loading, I tried to wait, but even after 30 minutes it did not load

try to restart the pc and see if there is an update for it.

 

Hi! First I would try to hard reset your xbox. Then I would clear out your harddrive if its almost maxed out. Lastly I would uninstall and reinstall the game as could have been an error when downloading. If none of those work then I would get in touch with
Xbox Customer service.

Before resetting the console to factory settings, try to perform a
power cycle to clear the system cache and try again.
