Infinite Load Screens on Series X

Hey gamers! I'd say that. I hope eveeyone is having good times with your new consoles but if you're here, unlikely .

Anyway as the title states. Most of my massive library of One X games and Xbox Smart Delivery games would seen an infinite screen. OG Xbox games seems to run fine. Xbox 360 games all load and ran with no audio whatsoever, and Xbox One/Series X games mostly
see an infinite boot or would black screen somewhere before the title screen, with a handful of games running without audio, and even fewer running normally No crashing, just infinite boot/black screen. Even with disc based games, AC Valhalla worked (great
game imo) but Watch Dogs didnt load past boot up. No matter the storage location, or if moved, copied, or downloaded directly onto the SSD or how long you waited I even bought two games(Rise/Shadow of TR) onto internal and the same issue. Rise ran no audio

To add, Quick Resume did not work at all with any of the games that were functioning properly.

Some other odd cases, SWJ Fallen Order would play splash screen audio past the boot screen but only show the initial key art, and then crash. Forza Horizon 4 would actually reach the title screen(no audio at that point) and then become totally unresponsive
to controller input, plugged in or not.

I had contacted Microsoft CSR twice, they haven't heard anything like it so far and by all accounts can't determine why this issue popped up but placed a replacement order. Sent the console in yesterday.

Looks like I'm demoted to Game Pass mobile customer for my gaming needs, but I'm curious as to anyone else having this issue of games simply not loading while a certain few do with no problem.
