Infinite buffering in Microsoft Solitaire Collection iOS

Whenever I try to play, the game goes to a black screen with white buffering dots, as if it was going to load an ad, but nothing ever comes up. It is not an ad provider problem, it's the game trying to load an ad but it can't for some reason. If I log out the ads load properly, they also do if I log in with an alternative account. Once I log back in with my main account the problem starts again. It only happens on my iPad, my phone and laptop load ads properly. It is still very annoying because I used to play on my iPad the most. I attached a screenshot to show that there is no advertiser info and that the buffering dots are the same that appear on top of events when the game is loading a new one, so you connect both designs and assume that the buffering is the game and not an ad provider.

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

I have here series of steps that you may need to perform, kindly follow the steps below:

1. Exit all apps, and try restarting your device. This frees up memory on your device.

2. Update your Game. Check the App Store for the latest update to the game.

3. Quit and re-open the game.

4. Make sure you are running the latest version of iOS.

To check: Enter settings > General > Software Update. Here you can check to see if any updates are available.

5. Check your device's storage capacity. To check: Enter settings > "About" and you will see your available capacity. Get more space by removing unused apps, music, pictures, and videos.

6. Try uninstalling and reinstalling the game from the App Store.

Yep, I actually already did all of the above. Latest iOs, 12 GB free space, no background apps and even reinstalled Solitaire. Didn’t help :/
