    Infinite 0x80070490 Error


    Hello, as of recently my Xbox one has been stuck in an infinite loop of "something went wrong" Error, code 0x80070490. I have read and attempted all available support advice for this code, well as much as possible, it does not matter how I shut it down,
    hard reboot or straight power cord yank, the instant it displays picture it goes to this scary screen. And it seems as though the close button at the bottom of the message is useless because as soon as I hit it another, the exact same, pops up. This is as
    far as I can get. I read through old Post of this problem, none had any solutions if anyone had any ideas id be grateful.

    Startup Error 0x80070490

    "Something went wrong." Have tried recycling multiple times. Hard reset yields nothing significant. Infinite error loop of 0x80070490. Can't report the problem without the same error popping up. Any suggestions?

    I am in the preview program

    This error reports as an Xbox 360 error but I am on the One

    0x80070490 error code comes up when attempting to play a blu ray or DVD.
