    Over the past couple of months I have been a victim of online harassment and online hate crimes against Homosexuals..

    I have been called a **** and have been told to commit suicide with step by step instructions on how to do it. Those people get on facebook and message me telling me "hope you enjoy the suspention ****.. microsoft dont give a **** about you" i log into my
    account and bang my account is suspended? This is the second time in 2 months that the same jerks have done this to me.

    I love how the "Enforcement team" will not ban or do anything to them. But when I stand up for myself I get a ban on my account..

    This is inequality at its best.. I am free over 21 and an American.. I have rights in this country that Microsoft doesnt give to craps about.

    I am doing away with my xbox one and all of my microsoft services. I cant continue to be bullied by the enforcement team and these 2 jerks that are getting away with calling me a **** and telling me how to kill my self..

    I've played Xbox for around six years. (3 if you subtract my account I gave to my uncle by mistake) I've thoroughly enjoyed it and have always been very passionate that Microsoft was the best, most customer loyal company and yet... I was banned for two
    weeks. This is my very first communications ban, so I'm confused. When I filed for an appeal, I was given a reason I couldn't even comprehend it was so entirely vague. "misuse of the communication functions to misogynistic remarks and other cruel comments
    directed at other players." I'm honestly angry and disgusted. I don't care that I was banned. Honestly I would've been happier if there wasn't a reason, but instead I got labeled as misogynistic and cruel? I believe XBL is for anyone and everyone so I always
    try and stick up for the little guy. Not in an argumentative manner, but I always try to disperse/diffuse a conflict especially when it comes to children (having a younger sister myself).

    So I'm holding back the anger I have to give you guys the benefit of the doubt. Why is it that I was banned? I haven't been very active on Xbox, nor talkative. The few times I was, I remember clearly. The only time I remember having the slightest bit of
    hostility was when I told a player (in a message with no vulgarity at all) "you= the reason pub matches aren't fun" or something of the like. He was racist, insulted people in that match, and shut off the game so we'd all start over since he was the host.
    I was mad, but I wasn't vulgar, and I felt no need to report him, since, I wanted nothing to do with him. This is the only history of me being even the tiniest been hostile in 2016. None of my previous messages are hostile, I haven't been active due to playing
    pc games, and when was active and using my mic it was amongst friends in xbl parties.

    I'm the kind of person who won't let go of being accused if I'm infinitely sure I was wronged. This is one of those situations. I don't even care if the ban ends and this hasn't been resolved. I believe I'm a good player and I don't feel the need to be treated
    unjustly by a community I've grown to enjoy so much. It's like the system has been built around a sort of tattletale system. You report someone you don't like and that's it. I've scoured the forums before posting for an answer and the best I got was something
    along the lines of "don't make other player mad"... What? I've brought this up before, but why is it that I have to live in fear of being reported? It seems like Microsoft promotes people reporting players when angry...

    TL;DR - I was unjustly banned by the Enforcement Team, and when I filed for an appeal, I was denied with a vague answer that I could've guessed from the start. There was no evidence, no rhyme or reason. I was just lucky contestant number
    ### who was randomly selected for a ban. It's infuriating. I feel like I have no power to do anything. I have always been a friendly player and yet, I get banned that easily? It's a system that promotes reporting out of anger instead of good intentions. I
    have lots of questions now due to this. Why isn't Microsoft dealing with this, is reporting out of anger beneficial, is the Enforcement Team really that reliable, but I'll just ask the one that directly affects me. Why was I banned for such a ridiculous reason
    despite a lack of evidence?

  3. Mistreatment by Enforcement Team...?

    Unfortunately, the enforcement team is the only one who can provide information about or lift a suspension early. If you've been given a response to a case review and the review is closed, that's going to be the final answer. They don't have to provide
    the specific evidence - rest assured if you've had a case review the case has been thoroughly reviewed twice, and both have found the suspension was justified. There is no magic number of reports that results in a suspension, nor will you get suspended if

    Doesn't matter who starts it,if you respond in a way that violates the ToU/CoC then you risk being suspended.

    Report & block anyone who harasses you online,you can even set comms to friends only if need be.

    Doesn't matter what country you are from,you have to follow the ToU/CoC you agreed to when starting your account.

    Anything that happens on Facebook is nothing to do with Microsoft.

    In the past 24 hours I was blocked until 5/30/2017 due to some apparent violation of communication protocol. I started filling out the questionnaire in order to submit a review, however some of the questions were vague and nearly contradictory to what the
    answers truly were. This caused me to answer incorrectly too many times and I was than locked out of the review submitting proscess until tomorrow. As a long time paying and loyal customer I would very much appreciate help on the matter to get this resolved.
    I have no way to even know exactly what supposed action or communication may have caused this. Please contact me as soon as possible in regards to the matter.
