Ineptitud en el reparto [Trnaslation - Inadequacy in the cast ]

Hola a todos,

Visto que no hay ningún sitio especifico de Microsoft para hacer quejas sobre la ineptitud del servicio de mensajería de UPS y UPS no me deja hacer la queja sobre un "paquete entregado" me gustaría quejarme aquí, quizás sirva para algo.

El pasado día 15 de noviembre envié mi xbox a reparar,el día 20 ya estaba reparada y enviada, hoy día 23 tenia que llegar el paquete de UPS, a las 13:10 (estando yo en casa) se intento entregar el paquete,no fue posible y me dejaron un papel para que me
acercase a un UPS access point en mi ciudad,bueno,hasta aquí,siendo UPS no hay nada nuevo,pero es que la ineptitud del mensajero ha sido tal,que ha decidido dejar el paquete en un access point que esta en la otra punta de la ciudad,y que cierra a las 13:30
y por si fuese poco,no abre hasta el lunes a las 09:00.

Así que finalmente voy a estar hasta el lunes a las 09:00 sin xbox por culpa de un servicio de mensajería pésimo.

Hey Bogeyed! Can you also let us know what games you're experiencing this with? Is it multiple games or just one title? You may want to try the following steps to delete the game update and re-download it:

1. Move any and all game files to a USB configured for use with Xbox 360.

2. Delete the game.

3. Clear the
console cache.

4. Re-download the game from download history.

Hello Paul,

Thought it was the spanish forum,my problem is that i can't see where i can complain about the shipment company,UPS has delivered the package and i can't open a complain if i don't call,and I can't see where i can complain about the transport company inside
the microsoft website.
