At this point, most likely completed the quest - I play Fortnite nearly daily and have two Games with Gold. Curious as to why this message is displayed. Additionally read the terms and conditions for Xbox Quests.

Xbox Quests Ineligibility

When I go to the Xbox Quests website it says Ineligible (I am an Xbox Live Gold Subscriber)

Hmmm... the terms mention April not May - could the tracker be using the information from last month? I tried (or had a few people try) a few accounts and they all say the same thing. Tracker broken?
