Individual content controls on 360?

My son is old enough to start playing on the 60 now so I'd like to set things up correctly for him but I seem to be stuck in a post XBox One netherworld regarding family memberships and parental controls.

We do have a "family" set up on the xbox with myself as the "head" and 2 other individuals (2 nephews) added. From my reading I can no longer now add my son as a member of the family. But on the other hand, there's now no way to set per user content controls.
The parental controls are either all one (which sucks for me) or all off (which is bad for him). Right now it seems if I want to play a game I have to remember to toggle the controls on and off everytime which is kind of lame.

Have I missed something? How can I have one set of content settings for me and one for my son?

Hey mj, I think you may run into issues trying to use content that you've claimed has been purchased by someone who took control of the account without your knowledge. Rest assured, if the issue is investigation, the team has control over your account, and
you shouldn't need to worry about that individual using any content on your account.

I believe you are talking about the
parental setting?

What can I control on the console? Ratings and Content: These settings let you restrict games and video content based on the content's rating. You can also set whether or not unrated or explicit content can be played on this console.

Tip You can set up exceptions for individual games that are outside of the rating restrictions you have set.

The content being added to Xbox Video is not controlled by Microsoft, it is up top the individual broadcasters to update the content that they wish to have on the service. Sometimes they can delay upload for various reasons, i.e Program delay

Cause of the USP controls and locks content you do know that USP still controls content right ?

XBOX 360 content is region locked and are based kn your nationally supported languages which is German

I'm having the exact same problem. Started the game on the 360, moved it to the cloud then successfully played it on Xbox One. Now when I try and play on the 360 it tells me its out of sync. The Xbox One has no way to manage individual cloud saves, only
local content. Why would they leave this basic functionality out? Only options on Xbox One is to delete local content or all content. Seriously what if I only wanted to move it off the cloud?
