Indiana Jones The Great Circle keeps crashing , freezing

Recently I brought. this game from Xbox game pass for my Xbox one x to be able to play the new indiana Jones game . I also bought a disc game and it didn't even load or install, I end up returning it back to the store and got my refund. so I took another chance and bought it on xbox game pass hoping I could finally get to play it without all these issue with the game. I was excited and ready to play the game but to my surprise the game would cutout and return me to my main xbox menu and would have to start again. The game froze several times and a few times also I was ejected from the server that is hosting the game.. At the moment am not happy at all spending my hard earned money for something that is leaving me disappointed. It's not an Xbox issue it is the game itself, there is something terribly wrong with it and whoever design it needs to address it and fix it and updated it asap or there going to be a lot of people disappointed. I have less than 30 days to request a refund form xbox game pass on this purchase. I'm holding out hoping they will listen and fix it, if not, I will indeed request for a refund. Please stop adoring this issue and all the people who are simply complaining and solve it.

Hello Tim, sorry to hear you're having trouble.

I take it your console is an Xbox Series X as the game will not run on the Xbox One X. However, if you are using a Series X please try powercycling it by holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds till it shuts down then unplug it for 5 minutes. During this time unplug the modem/router for at least 60 seconds to clear any possible issues there.

When the internet is back up and running try again.

Lego Indiana Jones 2 is completely different to Lego Indiana Jones 1, yes you have levels from the first 3 films, but these levels are different to what they were on Lego Indiana Jones 1

Will check if a used version is available. Or, I can buy Lego Indiana Jones 2 (brand new). And the last question here: do you know if Lucas Arts kept the first 3 episodes untouched, plus added Crystal Skulls? I mean: is Lego Indiana Jones 2 totally the same
as Lego Indiana Jones, (no levels removed from the 3 first episodes), with "Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull"?

What device are you using to access the Xbox App? I have the App on Windows 10 and searched for Indiana Jones and got 2 results not related to Indiana Jones.
