    Indefinite suspension.


    So I received a xbox enforcement on my account and there was no warning i received 2 bans instead of one and I would just like to know if i’ve lost my 5 year old account permanently. please and thank you for your time.

    Indefinite suspension.

    If it's an indefinite ban then yes, it's a permanent ban. You would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com to see about submitting a case review. If the enforcement team overturn their decision, you'll regain access to the account.

    When I go to submit a case review there is no option to make a case review.

    The Enforcement website say End date: Indefinite is this mean I am banned for life or it's just They didn't choose a date until I get unbanned and why I got suspended.

    A case review is the only way to contact the enforcement team. If they upheld their decision, there is nothing else that can be done.

    If the end date says it's indefinite, then that means it is a permanent suspension.

    Ty for reply.But what I can't understand if why they banned him indefinitely for such a trivial matter as what they said was harassment?sure this is just suspension as he has no strikes on his account. I read the full ban criteria as theft fraud or tampering with xbox

    Thank you for all your help so far , but do you have any idea on how I could of been suspended because I broke the community standards I’m still pretty stuck on how I got suspended in the first place
