Indefinite Communication ban for no reason.

I got apparently permanently banned from any communication activity for no reason. I only have one complaint in the last 6 months, and that complaint led to me be having a 24-hour suspension...over ONE MONTH ago. Now suddenly I got suspended, with no end
date specified. I went to case review to complain, and there's no active suspension there. What is going on? I demand an explanation. I'm not paying for this to happen.

The Enforcement teams don't use the forums at all and they only communicate through a Case Review.

24 Hour communications suspensions and Console Suspensions are not review-able, however you can find more information in these cases through the communication sent by the teams to the email address associated with your Xbox Live Gamertag.

Remember that all suspensions are only enforced when a breach of the Code of Conduct or Terms of Service has happened.

If you believe the suspension was in error and if you're eligible, you can submit a case review using the steps HERE, however sometimes you're asked to
complete a short questionnaire before you can submit a case review. All of the questions refer to the Code of Conduct, which you should review prior to filing
the review.

If you fail on the questionnaire during the Case Review, don't worry as you'll be given another chance in 24 hours.

Xbox doesn't usually ban without evidence. Even though it was copy and paste, the message was still sent by you. The best option is to just report & block the player committing the offense. Following a no "snitch" policy just let's people continue harassing
others. You'll just have to wait out the ban.

 

The Enforcement team should have notified you as to why you were suspended. Unfortunately, the only way to resolve this is through the Enforcement Team:
